Day 1: KUNMING ARRIVAL

After airport formalities early in the morning, meet your guide. Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan, is well known as the City of Eternal Spring. Full day tour of Golden Temple, a Taoist temple got its name from a copper temple of 300 tons in weight and 6.5 meters in height that was cast in 1890, and city tour to the Green Lake Park, Golden Horse & Green Peacock Archways. Today you will be back to hotel at about 4 pm for a good rest after the overnight flight.

Day 2: KUNMING - STONE FOREST - KUNMING (B)

Drive to the Stone Forest (85 km, 1.5 h). An extremely rare geological phenomenon dating back to 270 million years ago, the Stone Forest is 80 hectares of karst limestone pillars in fantastic shapes that resemble a forest viewed from a distance. The Stone Forest is also home to the Sani tribe, a branch of the diverse and scattered Yi minority renowned for their diligence, embroidery and dancing. And drive back to Kunming visit the Flowers and Birds Market, which, along with old houses well kept in its immediate neighborhood, are now under the city’s protection plan as the Old Town Quarter. Beside flowers and birds, the market offers also traditional Chinese arts, wooden sculptures, China knots, and more.

Day 3: KUNMING (B)

Visit the Western Hill in the morning, which is a range of 4 mountains stretching over 40 kilometers by the western shore of the Dianchi Lake. Its skyline resembles a Sleeping Beauty. It offers the best scenery and some of the finest temples in the entire region: the Dragon Gate, a grotto complex of rooms, sculptures, archways and tunnels chiseled along sheer cliff by local stonemasons from 1781 to 1853.

After lunch, explore in the City of Flowers.

Day 4: KUNMING to BEIJING (B)

Free until being transferred to Kunming airport for departure flight Arrival in Beijing, you will be met by local guide. Half day visit: go visit the biggest public square in the world, Tian’anmen Square conquers you with its grandeur at the first sight. Then you are leaded to Forbidden City. It is the imperial palace for 24 emperors during Ming and Qing Dynasties and the biggest ancient architecture complex in the world. You walk in the museum to see with your eyes, to touch with your hands and fell with your hearts. Enjoy the Tea ceremony in the Tea house;

Day 5: BEIJING (B)

In the morning drive 75km to visit the Jade factory and Great Wall at Juyong Pass which is the symbol of China and the wisdom of Chinese people. It is very unbelievable that Chinese succeeded in building such a great architecture with simple tools in ancient time.

You will have a short stop and take photos in Beijing Olympic Park, where you can see the outside view of the National Stadium-- Bird’s Nest and National Aquatics Center --Water Cube. Silk museum will be followed after the sightseeing.

Free time—shopping in the local market;

Day 6: BEIJING to SHANGHAI (B)

Today, you will take high speed train to shanghai. Then we come to the Bund, The renowned waterfront district is the city's most famous landmark. The word BUND is of Anglo-India origin meaning embankment on the waterfront. It is also the popular site to enjoy the night view of the city. Enjoy the Huangpu River cruise.

Day 7: SHANGHAI (B)

You will visit the Yuyuan Garden, it has many scenic courtyards decorated with baroque rockery, pools, and flora that are all connected by corridors and passageways, then have a visit of the Yuyuan Market. Then you will visit pearl factory,

And then, you will visit Xintiandi, the essential night life of Shanghai with bars, Shikumen Buildings, galleries, fashion shops, themed restaurants, coffee shops;

The shopping trip will begin in Nanjing Road which is starts at the Bund and runs westward, with People's Square in the middle. Renowned for its bustling and modernization, Nanjing Road earns its reputation as the 'First Commercial Road in China', which is the good shopping heaven for your trip as the same as the Fifth Avenue in New York and Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris.
